Appetizer Meatballs

 

Kick off MeatballsWe don't know why, but there is always a run on the Appetizer Meatballs first. My wife thinks it is the warm spicy sweet flavor of the sauce that everyone craves. I say it's the meat that everyone likes. Hey, what do you expect? I am a guy. Football goes great with meat.

(Yes, those were grunting sounds you heard.)

 

 

Meatball Appetizer Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1 package (about 18 ounces) fully
    cooked beef meatballs
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Prepared blue cheese dressing
  • Prepared ranch dressing
  • Celery sticks

Preparation:

  1. Cook meatballs according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, combine hot pepper sauce, butter and honey in large bowl; mix well.
  3. Add meatballs; stir to coat.
  4. Serve with dressings and celery sticks, as desired.
