Apple Cheese Quesadillas

apple cheese quesadillasApple Cheese Quesadillas are a nice change from the usual quesadillas recipes. The apple and cheese blend together wonderfully with the mustard and onion flavors. The recipes suggests using Gouda or Brie cheese. These two cheeses taste better with apples. Of course, you should be the judge as to which cheese you like.

We have prepared these for parties and sometimes just for a quick family meal. You can serve these with a traditional salsa or you could try a mango or apple salsa. A pizza cutting wheel works well for slicing the quesadillas into easy to eat triangles.
