Apple Cheese Quesadillas
A Different Twist on This Mexican Favorite

apple cheese quesadillasApple Cheese Quesadillas are a nice change from the usual quesadillas recipes. The apple and cheese blend together wonderfully with the mustard and onion flavors.

We have prepared these for parties and sometimes just for a quick family meal. You can serve these with a traditional salsa and sour cream or you could try a mango or apple salsa.

Of course, you're not limited to just these ingredients. We have also added some leftover rotisserie chicken, mushrooms, black olives and roasted red peppers. You can add whatever you are in the mood for or whatever you happen to have on hand.

A pizza cutting wheel works well for slicing them into easy to eat triangles.
