Blue Cheese Bites

A Quick and Easy Appetizer With Just Three Ingredients

Blue Cheese BitesBlue Cheese Bites are an easy to make party appetizer that tastes great. They are made with just three ingredients and they take only 20 minutes in the oven.
These savory little bites make a great finger food to serve for a get-together or as an evening snack for the family. These are so easy to make, we often make them for an afternoon snack for the kids when they get home from school. I usually heat up some spaghetti sauce for dipping. However, the little one won't have anything but ketchup on them. As a matter of fact, he wants ketchup on everything. I keep telling myself that it's just a phase.

If blue cheese isn't your thing, then you can also use a milder cheese like Parmesan or Romano but don't try a sticky cheese like cheddar or it will make a mess. This recipe calls for cutting the biscuit into fourths. We have cut them into six portions to make them smaller without any problem.

You can also transform these into some great tasting garlic rolls. Instead of using blue cheese, mix in some parmesan cheese with the butter and then sprinkle some garlic salt on them before they bake and serve them with your favorite italian recipe.
