Blue Cheese Dip

Blue Cheese DipFor all of you Blue Cheese fans out there this creamy Blue Cheese Dip is a must for your recipe collection. We serve it up with veggies, corn chips and toasted pita bread.

We have found many uses for this dip. By thinning it out with some milk you can use it as a salad dressing or and a delicious topping for baked potatoes.

It also goes great with hot wings. So make a batch for your next party and then listen for the rave reviews from your guests.

Sometimes we like to add a teaspoon of cayenne pepper to give it an extra kick.
