Baked Brie With Chutney

Brie with Chutney

Baked Brie with chutney has a wonderful flavor combination. The creamy Brie and salty cashews are complimented by the sweetness of the chutney.

This appetizer goes well with all kinds of crackers, pita chips and bagel chips.

Most shopping markets have different brands of brie. France is the origin of this type of cheese. Brie is the name of the provence where it came from. Buying an exported French Brie can be expensive. Buy Brie that is locally made, it is usually easier on the bank account.

When making this dish please make sure that the oven has pre-heated completely, otherwise you could end up burning the bottom of the cheese.
