Buffalo Chicken Dip
Tastes Like Buffalo Chicken Wings

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo chicken wings without the mess.

This Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe is just the thing for a hungry football crowd. We always try to have hot wings available at our parties but we can never seem to make enough to last through the games. So, we came across this tasty dip at a friends house and decided to serve it instead of hot wings at one of our parties.

The reviews were great! It is now a must have appetizer for game day.
With a really nice blend of chicken, cheeses and hot sauce, this easy Finger Food is a winner every time at our parties. It's a good thing that this dip is easy to make because we usually end up fixing two or three batches during game day.

Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/3 cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's Buffalo Wing
    Sauce)
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation:

  1. Slice chicken into strips and boil for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain and cool. When the chicken is cool it will be very easy to shred with your fingers.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
  4. Shred meat and put into a large pan with the hot sauce.
  5. Cook on medium heat until heated through
  6. Stir in the softened cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, and ranch dressing into the pan, cook and stir until blended and warm.
  7. Spoon mixture into an 8x8 baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
  9. Bake in preheated oven until golden and bubbly, about 20-30 minutes.
  10. Serve with Crackers and Chips
