Caramel Dip

 

Caramel Dip
Caramel Dip is quick and easy to make. Just microwave marshmallows, caramel squares and evaporated milk in a bowl and you have an instant party dip for cookies and fruit. We let our kids help us make this since there isn't a lot of cooking involved.

You can use 1/4 cup milk in place of the evaporated milk.

 

 

 

Caramel Dip Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Miniature Marshmallows
  • 25 Caramels (about 1/2 of 14-oz. bag)
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk

 

Preparation:

  1. MICROWAVE marshmallows, caramels and evaporated milk in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes; stir.
  2. Then Microwave 1 minute or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Cool slightly.
