Christmas Party Pinwheels
Christmas Party Pinwheels look and taste wonderful. We serve them every year. They look great on the table for Christmas with the green onion and red bell pepper. The red pepper jelly adds a nice sweet – hot flavor to the rest of the ingredients.
I could sit down and make a meal of these. Actually... I have! This is a Christmas party appetizer that makes a great lunch also. I have learned over the years to make extra pinwheels for my family. If I don't then only a few make it to the party for our guests, even if I put a note on the tray stating that no one is to eat them. All of a sudden no one in our family can read. So I make a separate plate of these for us to eat, hopefully satisfying everyone's craving. If you would like to step up the flavor another notch
