Clam Dip

Clam Dip
Clam dip
served with some salty potato chips is just one of those appetizers that our guests can't get enough of and it's so much better when you make it yourself. No preservative after taste, just a really good tasting clam dip and it's very simple to put together.

Of course your not limited to potato chips. Cut up veggies and crackers go really well with this dip also.

We like the flavor that the hot sauce adds to the dip but you might want to mix all of the ingredients except the hot sauce. Then taste it and decide if you want the hot sauce in there. Let it chill for a few hours before you serve it to your guests so the flavors get a chance to blend together.
Be sure to make enough for everyone, don't be shellfish.
