Cream Cheese Cookies
Cream Cheese Cookies are a different kind of cream cheese dessert recipe. They are soft, chewy and not too sweet.
They can be decorated with icing and sprinkles or you can customize these for different holidays by adding food coloring in the batter.
Cream Cheese Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 – 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 – sticks (1/2 lb.) soft butter
- 2/3 – cup sugar
- 1 – tsp. vanilla
- 2 – 1/4 cup flour
Preparation:
- Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar together
- Add remaining ingredients
- Flour hands a little and roll dough into small balls
- Press slightly with fork
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 12 minutes
