Cucumber Dill Dip
Cucumber dill dip is another mix up fast dip recipe which has a nice cool–fresh flavor that works great for summer gatherings and keeps the oven free for other foods.
This dip goes well with an assortment of vegetables or pita chips.
It is important to let this dip sit in the refrigerator so the flavors will blend together properly.
Cucumber Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. – 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup – finely shredded cucumber, well drained
- 1/2 cup – shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 tsp. – dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. – lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. – minced fresh garlic
- 1/4 tsp. – salt

Preparation:
- Mix all of the ingredients until blended well
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving

Cucumber Appetizer Tip:
If you want to cut down on the fat content of this dip then use a Soy cream cheese. Most grocery stores now have a special section where you can find soy products. It also has the added benefit of being non-dairy.
