Bacon Cheese Deviled Eggs

Deviled EggsBacon, Cheddar Cheese and Dijon Mustard blend together to make these Bacon Cheese Deviled Eggs a delicious appetizer for your guests.

The definition of Deviled as far as food is concerned is "to cook with hot seasoning". Bacon and Cheese Deviled Eggs don't have much in the way of hot seasoning but they are big on flavor. You will see these disappear quickly when you set them out for your guests.

An easier way to fill tight spaces such as egg whites is to use a pastry bag. If you don't have one of these then you can fill a large Zip Lock bag with your filling and cut off a bottom corner with scissors. This will allow you to squeeze out the filling with more control than just spooning it in and your deviled egg platter will look professional.
