Easy Guacamole
You can buy prepared guacamole in the grocery store if you are pressed for time or you can make your own easy guacamole. If you want to add some color to the dish then you could mix in some chopped tomato and then save some to add to the top as a colorful garnish.
Oh, by the way, if you don’t want to prepare a fresh jalapeño yourself you can get chopped jalapeños at your grocery store.

Deveining Jalapeños
Wear rubber gloves when handling fresh jalepeños. Any contact with the oils from them can cause burning, especially if you were to rub your face or even worse your eyes. Cut off the stem and cut open lengthwise and spread it out flat. Using the tip of your knife, scrape away the white inner veins and the seeds. The jalepeño is now ready to use. Make sure you wash all of the utensils that were used and any surfaces that were touched.
I had a dream last night, I was eating a ten pound marshmallow.
I woke up this morning and the pillow was gone. – Tommy Cooper
