Mini Pizzas

An Easy Pizza Recipe for moms' on the go. They are also a great idea for a finger food kid party. We let our kids help make these. They really enjoy putting their own toppings on.

English Muffins make a quick and easy pizza crust for homemade pizza recipes. Pepperoni seems to be the most requested topping from kids these days but once in a while we will also add some vegetables.
Serve these with some Jello Fish Cups for dessert and you will have some happy campers at your house.

Easy Pizzas

Ingredients:

English Muffins
1 jar of pizza sauce
1 package of sliced pepperoni
1 package of shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation:

Cut English Muffins in half
Add some Pizza Sauce
Then some Pepperoni
Then the cheese
Put them in the Toaster Oven and Bake until cheese is bubbly and edges of muffins are brown.
