Festive Cheese Ball

The red pieces of pimento and the green onions give a nice holiday look to this appetizer.
Cheese Ball Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Assorted crackers

Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy
- Beat in cheddar cheese, onions, pimientos, butter and Worcestershire sauce
- Press into a small bowl; smooth top. This will give it a smooth round shape
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour
- Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before you turn over bowl to remove
- Serve with crackers
