Fruit Juice Smoothie
Our kids love drinking a Fruit Juice Smoothie. A healthy drink without High Fructose corn syrup and artificial coloring and our kids like to drink it. It’s a parents dream come true. Their favorite kind is a Strawberry Banana Fruit Smoothie.
My wife’s favorite is a tropical fruit smoothie with Cantaloupe and Banana. She uses Soy Milk instead of cow’s milk and leaves out the orange juice.
You can pretty much make up any flavor combination that you like. You can use Apple Juice instead of Orange Juice and experiment with different fruits.
Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Ice
- 1 peeled banana
- 2 cups frozen strawberries, raspberries, or cherries
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 to 3 tablespoons honey or to taste

Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
