Fruit Juice Smoothie

Our kids love drinking a Fruit Juice Smoothie. A healthy drink without High Fructose corn syrup and artificial coloring and our kids like to drink it. It’s a parents dream come true. Their favorite kind is a Strawberry Banana Fruit Smoothie.
My wife loves tropical fruit smoothie shakes with Cantaloupe and Banana. She uses Soy Milk instead of cow’s milk and uses pineapple juice.
You can pretty much make up any flavor combination that you like. You can use Apple Juice instead of Orange Juice and experiment with different fruits.

 

Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Ice
  • 1 peeled banana
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries, raspberries, or cherries
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons honey or to taste

 

 

Preparation:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve.

 




 

If you suveyed a hundred typical middle-aged Americans, I bet you'd find that only two of them could tell you their blood types, but every last one of them would know the theme song from the 'Beverly Hillbillies'.
