Garlic Hummus Recipe

Garlic Hummus

Our Garlic Hummus Recipe is mainly an easy to make Hummus recipe with a few changes. Olive oil has been used instead of Tahini for a smooth texture.
Tahini can be hard to find, so this recipe is a good alternative for the basic recipe.

You can taste the Hummus as you are making it. If 2 teaspoons of minced garlic isn't enough you can add as much as you like.

Preparation:

  1. Drain and rinse garbanzos. Don't use the juices from the can in this recipe. It will muddy the flavor.
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until ingredients are well mixed.
  3. If the hummus seems too thick, then add as much water as you need for the consistency you like. It should be similar to a bean dip in texture.
