Greek MeatballsDelicious Meatballs With Mediterranean Flavors
Greek Meatballs are a great alternative when you are looking for something different from the standard meatball appetizer. Garlic, mint and lamb blend together to give these meatballs a burst of Mediterranean flavors. Ground lamb tends to be very lean, which will make your meatballs dry unless some fat is added. This recipe calls for adding 4 ounces of minced salt pork. You could also cup up some bacon strips instead. Either way it will be a lot easier to chop up if you freeze it first. Pork fat is slippery and hard to cut when it's at room temperature. Greek Meatballs Recipe
