Healthy Spinach Dip

This is an easy spinach dip to make and an excellent low fat version of the original.

healthy spinach dipHealthy Spinach Dip is easy to make and a lot better for you than the traditional spinach dip.

We used to fix this recipe with all the fats and of course everyone loved it. We fixed it without the fats and they didn’t even notice. It’s great to take to a party, so fix it ahead of time and let the ingredients blend well. It’ll be a lot better. Give it a try!

By the way, if you or your guests are allergic to dairy, then you can substitute with a Soy based sour cream. Soy based products are usually found in the organic section of your grocery store.
