Healthy Spinach Dip

Loose the Fat, Not the Flavor

This is an easy spinach dip to make and an excellent low fat version of the original.

healthy spinach dipHealthy Spinach Dip is easy to make and a lot better for you than the traditional spinach dip.

We used to fix this recipe with all the high fat ingredients and of course everyone loved it. When we fixed it with the low fat ingredients they didn’t even notice. So, it is possible to have a great tasting spinach dip without all of the guilt but you don't have to tell anyone it's fat free. That also doesn't mean you can sit on the couch and eat the whole thing yourself. Share it with at least one other person:)

By the way, if you or your guests are allergic to dairy, then you can substitute with a Soy based sour cream. Soy based products are becoming more popular and are usually found in the organic section of your grocery store. We use the Tofutti brand of sour cream. It also happens to be fat free.
