What would the holidays be without the traditional Holiday Cheese Ball? This is an easy cheese ball recipe and it can be prepared a few days ahead of time.
I like to add a few teaspoons of my favorite hot sauce to this recipe to spice it up a bit. If you don't care for blue cheese, you can use Feta instead.
This is a good recipe for taking to a party. I can blend the ingredients, shape it into a ball and roll it in some toasted pecans. Then I put some colored holiday plastic wrap over it and place a bow on top. About 4 hours later it's ready to go with me to the party. Oh..and don't forget a nice selection of crackers to go with it.
