Jalapeno Cheese Dip

Zesty and Flavorful Appetizer Dip

Jalapeno Dip
Jalapeno Cheese Dip is a hit at any party. This dip can be made up very quickly for your guests. We grate our own Parmesan cheese because the flavor is more intense than if you use the green can stuff.

You can also make this dip as a low fat version by using Neufatchel cheese instead of cream cheese and use a low fat version of Mayonnaise. Neufatchel cheese can be found where the cream cheese is located in your grocery store.

This recipe calls for 2 ounces of chopped jalapenos. You can buy them already chopped in jars at your food store. If you like your dips to have more heat then just add more jalapenos or a teaspoon or two of your favorite hot sauce.

You can also bake this dip in an oven instead of microwaving. Just put the dip in an oven safe dish and bake for 30 mins. at 375 degrees to get the Parmesan cheese brown and crispy on the top.

Serve this with your favorite kind of chip or slices of French Bread.
