Margarita Shrimp

Mouthwatering Shrimp - Grilled or Broiled

Margarita ShrimpLight up the Tiki torches and put out the lawn chairs, it's time to make some Margarita Shrimp on the barbeque.

This recipe is especially good for outdoor grilling. They marinate in lime, garlic and cilantro for up to 8 hours and then you grill or broil them.

We love to serve seafood to our guests. It's always a special treat that everyone enjoys. Besides, eating grilled shrimp and having a few beers or Margaritas with friends on a warm summer evening is one of lifes' great pleasures. We try to do this at least once a month during the summer.

We prefer to cook these on the grill since they take on a great flavor but they do just as well broiled in the oven. We have provided both cooking methods below.
