Marinated Mushrooms
Marinated Mushrooms are so easy to make and are just as easy to eat. This mushroom appetizer is cooked and marinated in a vinegar and oil mixture that is seasoned with mustard and parsley. You can vary the ingredients to suit your taste. If you are a garlic lover like me then add a few cloves of garlic to the marinade. You can also add some Tarragon or Basil. For those of you who like a kick to their fungus, go ahead and add a few pinches of red pepper flakes. This recipe can be made ahead of time. I make ours at least a week before the party to give the mushrooms extra marinating time.
