Mini Quiche

This is not your average quiche dish. This is an easy quiche recipe that makes a Mini Quiche that is just the right size for finger food. Wow! Can I use the word quiche in a sentence more often? Anyway, this recipe is great for parties or for a family breakfast.
Go ahead and experiment with the ingredients if you want to. You could add some crumbled sausage, diced ham or you could forget the meat and add some chopped veggies instead.
