Olive Garden Stuffed Mushrooms
Taste Like Stuffed Mushroom
Caps From The Restaurant
This recipe for Olive Garden Stuffed Mushrooms is pretty close to what you get at the restaurant. We served these at a dinner party last year and one of our guests said that they had tried these somewhere else but couldn't remember where. I said "Was it Olive Garden?" She said " Yes! That's it"
The combined flavors of oregano, chopped clams, Italian cheese, green onions and butter come together to make a delicious finger food to serve your guests.
To get that perfect rounded top, we use a small scoop used for making cookies. We use a regular spoon first to get the filling inside the cavity of the mushroom and then top it off with a scoop.
