Christmas Party Punch

Take your party to the next level with a Christmas Party Punch. The mixture of peppermint ice cream and eggnog is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

You can put the ice cream in the punch as one big chunk or you can add it in as individual scoops that will float on top. You can also decorate the tops of the floating ice cream with some chopped maraschino cherries.

To add a nice visual touch, try hanging candy canes around the rim of your punch bowl.

Party Punch Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 – gallon peppermint ice cream
2 – quart eggnog
2 – quarts of chilled ginger ale

Preparation:

Place ice cream in a punch bowl, and allow to soften slightly
Blend in eggnog and ginger ale
Stir until frothy
Serve at once, or keep chilled until ready to serve
