Peanut Butter BallsNo Baking Needed
Over the 10 years that we have been making these, we have found Peter Pan peanunt butter to have the best flavor. If you or your guests are allergic to peanuts, you can substitute soy butter or sunflower butter. They both taste remarkably like peanut butter and have the same texture. This recipe calls for rolling the peanut butter balls into crushed graham crackers to give it a nice crunchy coating. However, you aren't limited to that. We have listed some other ingredients that you can use for a creative coating. We will often make a batch with different coatings to add variety. These are just some suggestions. I'm sure you can come up with many others I haven't even thought of. One word of caution though, I once tried Brown Sugar as a coating. It melted all over the place while it was in the fridge.
