Peanut Butter Fudge
Delicious and Easy to Make

Oh boy! Peanut Butter Fudge is one of our favorites. Out of all the fudge recipes we have tried this one is the easiest while still retaining that traditional fudge flavor. Some of them can get pretty involved.
You will need to have a glass baking dish ready and buttered on the bottom and sides. This is what you will be pouring the fudge mixture into.
This recipe calls for chopped walnuts. I prefer to use pecans. My sister adds some chopped roasted peanuts for that extra peanut flavor and it tastes really good. Some people don't like any nuts in their fudge. If I am making this fudge as a gift for someone, I try to find out if they like nuts or not. The last thing I want to do is give a gift they don't like.
Look at the bottom of the page if you want a really quick recipe. We usually make some extra to put into take home bags for our guests.

Quick Fudge Recipe:
If you don't want to go to all this trouble, or in a hurry, you can melt a pound of white chocolate (sweetened) and stir in a cup of peanut butter. Pour into buttered dish and allow to cool. It's not quite as good but will satisfy a peanut butter fudge sweet tooth.
