Pepperoni Dip
|
|||||

Pepperoni Dip is an easy to make appetizer for your guests. All you need is three ingredients and a food processor.
All of the ingredients blend together to make an appetizer that your guests will find addictive.
The one thing we suggest is to use Turkey Pepperoni. The regular kind has way too much fat and will make your dip slimy and greasy. We learned this the hard way. You still get a good pepperoni flavor when using the Turkey. Acutally it's milder and less likely to overpower the cream cheese and other ingredients.
We like to serve this finger food with slices of bread. French, Rye and pumpernickel work well. Make sure to provide a spoon or knife for spreading. Don't forget to take the cream cheese out of the fridge an hour ahead of time so it will soften.
We haven't tried this yet but you can buy whipped cream cheese which is already soft and ready to use.
