Wow! What a great flavor combination.

Pineapple Cheese Dip lets you add a unique appetizer to your party. It can also be used as a pineapple dessert dip.

I can't seem to remember to take a picture of this pineapple dip before I put it out on the table. Last Christmas I planned on getting a shot of it to post on this page but when I came back with the camera, it was half gone.

One of my guests asked if she could take the rest of it home with her after our New Years party. So I gave her the rest of the dip and the address to this web site for the recipe. However, she called me back a week later and said it wasn't the same as she remembered. After going over the recipe with her, we realized that she forgot to drain the pineapple before adding it in.

Pineapple Cheese Dip Recipe

 

 

Pineapple Cheese Dip Tip:

Save some chopped pineapple, chopped green scallions and red bell pepper. Then layer them in a small mound on the top center of the dip for an attractive garnish. Start with the pineapple first then some green scallions and red bell pepper.
