Pineapple Cheese Dip lets you add a unique appetizer to your party. It can also be used as a pineapple dessert dip.

Pineapple Cheese Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 – 8 ounce packages softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup finely chopped scallions
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red and green bell peppers
- 1 cup crushed pineapple in syrup (drained well)
- 1 cup pecans (finely chopped in processor)
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
Preparation:
- Add cream cheese, scallions, peppers, pineapple, pecans and seasoned salt to bowl.
- Mix with a mixer to a smooth consistency.
- Serve with your favorite crackers.
- Keep in refrigerator.
Pineapple Cheese Dip Tip:
Save some chopped pineapple, chopped green scallions and red bell pepper. Then layer them in a small mound on the top center of the dip for an attractive garnish. Start with the pineapple first then some green scallions and red bell pepper.
