Pizza Snacks have always been a favorite around our house. They are great as a pizza appetizer for parties and get-togethers or to eat as a meal.
Our kids had a slumber party last month and we made some of these for dinner. The kids couldn't get enough of them. The next day all of the parents called to get the recipe.
This is an easy pizza recipe and our kids really enjoy learning how to make them and I enjoy working in the kitchen with them. It gives me some really great quality time with the family. Plus, the kids learn some valuable cooking skills.
If you don’t care for pepperoni then you can add some crumbled sausage instead. For you Vegans out there, just skip the meat all together and substitute some chopped veggies.
