Chocoate Cookies

Making cookies doesn't get much faster than this. Quick Chocolate Cookies are simple and delicious and makes an easy chocolate dessert.

The secret ingredient is a box of chocolate cake mix. The majority of the ingredients are already in the box, just add eggs oil and water.

They can be dusted with powdered sugar or just eaten plain out of the oven. Our kids can't stop eating these cookies so we have to keep them hidden.

Well... o.k. My wife has to hide them from me also.

 

 

 

Chocolate Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. chocolate or devil's food chocolate cake mix (without pudding)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp. water

 

 

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients with spoon until moist
  2. Shape with spoon and drop on cookie sheet
  3. Bake at 375 degrees 8 to 10 minutes
  4. Remove from oven while still soft
  5. Watch them carefully. These cookies burn easily if left in too long
