Salsa Cheese Dip

Salsa Cheese Dip
Mmmm… Salsa Cheese Dip. It's cheesy with a kick and easy to make. It goes well with tortilla chips, corn chips of cubes of bread. You can serve this appetizer with some chopped scallions or chives sprinkled on top. This recipe can be varied by adding chopped chile peppers, a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes instead of the salsa, a few dashes of hot sauce, or other additions.

Salsa Cheese Dip Tip:

It is the salsa that determines how spicy the dip is. You can usually get salsa in Mild, Medium and Hot. Medium is usually the best way to go unless your guests are total heat wimps, then go with the mild.
