Sausage Con Queso
Mmmmm... A warm spicy cheesy dip with sausage. We have been making Sausage Con Queso dip for years. It has a nice blend of flavors that has always been a popular Mexican party recipe with our guests.
You can provide your favorite chips for dipping, cubes of bread or raw veggies.
This recipe works best in a crockpot. You could also serve it in a bowl and heat it periodically for 30 seconds in the microwave when it starts to get cool.
