Shrimp Dip
Shrimp is always a nice treat to serve your guests and a creamy Shrimp Dip is one of our favorite ways to serve it. For this recipe you will need to chop your shrimp into bite sized pieces unless you are using the really small ones. This is a great cold dip for any party. We have also included one of our favorite hot dips below. One of our friends who made this last year added 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. We haven't tried this yet but he says it enhances the flavor nicely.
Shrimp Dip Recipe
Hot Shrimp DipThis Hot Shrimp Dip is full of flavor. It's easy to make and goes great with crackers and pita chips. A can of condensed soup really kicks up the flavor with this recipe and I usually add a teaspoon of hot sauce just to give it a bit of spice. We usually make this ahead of time and keep it wrapped in the refrigerator. When most of the guests arrive we heat it up in the microwave, put it out on the table, and stand back while it gets devoured.
When I'm at a Chinese restaurant having a hard time with chopsticks, I always hope that there's a Chinese kid at an American restaurant somewhere who's struggling mightily with a fork. – Rick Budinich
