Smoked Salmon Dip

 

This Salmon Spread is a classic smoked salmon appetizer, and it goes great with all kinds of breads and crackers. It's an easy appetizer to make and it tastes so good I could make a meal of out it. It can be very addictive. So watch out!

Our guests are always asking for this recipe. Smoked salmon has a rich, smoky, delicate flavor that your guests are sure to love and who doesn't want to impress their guests, and make them feel like they're being served something special.

 

 

 

Salmon Spread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 12 ounces smoked salmon, chopped into pieces
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill weed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion

 

Preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, stir softened cream cheese until it's smooth.
  2. Add 1/2 of the Smoked Salmon, Worcestershire sauce, Lemon, Hot Pepper Sauce, Dill and Green Onion;
  3. Stir and mash the ingredients well.
  4. Gently mix in the rest of the Smoked Salmon pieces.
  5. Serve with Crackers, Pita Chips, Mini Rye Bread and Veggies
