
This Salmon Spread is a classic smoked salmon appetizer, and it goes great with all kinds of breads and crackers. It's an easy appetizer to make and it tastes so good I could make a meal of out it. It can be very addictive. So watch out!

Salmon Spread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 12 ounces smoked salmon, chopped into pieces
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill weed
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion

Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, stir softened cream cheese until it's smooth.
- Add 1/2 of the Smoked Salmon, Worcestershire sauce, Lemon, Hot Pepper Sauce, Dill and Green Onion;
- Stir and mash the ingredients well.
- Gently mix in the rest of the Smoked Salmon pieces.
- Serve with Crackers, Pita Chips, Mini Rye Bread and Veggies
