Smokies In Bacon

All meat lovers please bow your heads.
We are about to make an appetizer that has meat wrapped in meat. Need I say more?
This Smokies in Bacon appetizer isn't the healthiest finger food you can serve but hey... this is football season. We can leave the diets until after the Superbowl.
I give you this recipe with a warning. If you serve them for your party this year you will be expected to serve them every year. A long time friend of mine won't come over to watch the game unless we make these. I am glad they are easy to make and if we run out I can always make more in a jiffy. Most of the time I will have two trays prepared. One gets served right away and the other stays in the refrigerator and gets baked later at half time.
