Strawberry Cheesecake Dip
Strawberry Cheesecake Dip is a yummy strawberry dessert recipe. Whether it is a party for 20 or an intimate party for two, this recipe will be a hit.
If you feel like getting really creative you can slice some strawberries in half and scoop out some of the strawberry with a melon scooper. Then spoon some dip into them and top with a single blueberry or chocolate chip.
Cheesecake Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
- 16 – ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 – cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 – cup sugar
- 1/4 – cup light sour cream
- 1 – tablespoon orange liqueur
- 1 – teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
- Mix cream cheese, strawberries, sugar, sour cream, liqueur, and vanilla in a blender or food processor until very smooth.
- Pour into bowl, cover, and chill at least 2 hours.
- Serve with your choice of dipping such as fresh strawberries, pineapple, chocolate or vanilla pound cake cubes, waffle cookies, or assorted chocolates.
