Swedish Meatballs

Creamy and Delicious

swedish meatball appetizer

Swedish Meatballs are a warm creamy comfort food. By using small meatballs they become a great appetizer for your guests.

Making traditional Swedish Meatballs can be a lengthy process. This recipe is designed to be an easy to make version.

By using frozen meatballs from the store, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and evaporated milk, most of the work is done for you. You only need to mix the ingredients together and bake in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes.

Instead of baking them in the oven, you can also put the ingredients into a crock pot and let it simmer until your guests arrive.

Of course, you could also make this recipe as a dinner for your family. It cooks up quickly, which is ideal for those late nights when you don't have time to prepare a big meal for everyone. Make the recipe as you see below and serve over some egg noodles. They also go well with biscuits.
