Tortilla Appetizer Roll Ups
Tortilla Appetizer Roll Ups are always popular with the kids. The flavors of cheese, salsa and ranch really get the taste buds going. You will be the hit of the neighborhood when you serve these for a snack or lunch.
Once you have assembled the roll ups, they will need to chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour. This will make them firm enough for slicing. Try using some different colored tortillas. The spinach tortillas are green and the sun dried tomato ones are red.
