Touchdown PuffsA Great Football Party Snack
We like to provide some dipping sauces with these. My favorite is honey mustard. The kids seem to just want ketchup on theirs. I made these for lunch one day and heated up a jar of pizza sauce to use for dipping. Our whole family loved them. I couldn't make enough of these little guys. One of the neighbors kids was eating with us that day and he told his parents about them. The next day I received a phone call from his mom asking for the recipe. Her son was having a sleep over and he wanted her to make them for all of his friends. I gave her this web site address for the recipe. She was most grateful. Jiffy Mix and Bisquick are two brand names of biscuit mix you can use for this recipe. I have also substituted sausage for the pepperoni. My wife prefers to have some chopped veggies put in hers. Next time I will try putting some chopped ham in there and see what everyone thinks. I suppose it's all good.
