Veggie Dip Recipe
As far as veggie dips go this one is easy to make. If you are looking for a stronger flavor, then you can add an extra teaspoon of Italian salad dressing mix or sometimes we add a teaspoon of hot sauce for a bit more zing. The secret to getting the flavors blended correctly is to let it sit in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Overnight is better. Serve with carrots, celery, broccoli and some sliced zucchini. If you like bell pepper, then slice up some red, green and yellow ones, they taste great and add color to your vegetable plate. As a garnish, we sprinkle some chopped green onion on top.
